NAKHLMART — SHIPPING POLICY Effective: May 2026 | United Arab Emirates


1. Overview

At NakhlMart, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle delivery across the UAE. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

Delivery to remote or restricted areas within these emirates may require additional time or may not be available. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly after your order is placed.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Ajman: 2–3 business days
  • Remaining Emirates: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders placed on Fridays or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GST). Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Fridays and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification once your order has been handed to our delivery partner.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed
  • NakhlMart may offer free shipping on orders above a specified minimum order value, as communicated on the platform from time to time
  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NakhlMart error

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's tracking system. If you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day
  • If both attempts fail, your order will be held at our courier's facility for up to 5 business days
  • After this period, unclaimed orders will be returned to NakhlMart and a re-delivery fee may apply

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. NakhlMart is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Delivery by Third-Party Couriers

NakhlMart works with reputable third-party courier partners to fulfil deliveries. While we take every care in selecting reliable partners, NakhlMart is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately so we can raise a claim on your behalf.


9. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon successful delivery to the address specified in your order. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received and confirmed.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
